Led by Head Roaster and Co-founder Fabio, they focus on small-batch roasting, sustainable farming partnerships and ethical sourcing. Notes runs multiple London cafés, offers compostable pods, beans and subscriptions online, and supports regenerative practices through initiatives like the Roas-tree Club.
