A little draw back is the plug comes off easy.
Other than that I love it.
Would purchase again.

It is exactly as described, I was disappointed only that it was plastic not glass.

Of course the purpose of the cup is to avoid single use plastic which is great, but its not really a leakproof option.

Great lid. Didn’t realise the cup itself was plastic until it arrived. But I was only replacing the lid on the original glass keep cup, so wasn’t bothered

An excellent upgrade from my basic KeepCup.
Took a few uses to get used to the new lid system and how hot my drink (usually hot squash) stayed.
Shall be well used for years to come.
Fits well in my Volvo drink holder.
Highly recommended.

I wish you had a lid which didn't make my coffee taste of plastic/silicon. The mug itself is great.

I definitely love it! i have this cork edition since 5 years or more and is my favorite way to brew coffee con areopress or V60. Totally office-made, just be carefull to clean and wash.

I bought this as a gift. Please bring back more charity cups!

Disappointed the way the cup was packaged. It was bought for a friends birthday present, purchased a top up present because I didn't think the way the cup was packaged it looked the price I paid for it.

You asked for an honest review so here it is:
I like the cups design but it lacks some basic fubctionability. I drink black americanos from pret daily and keep using the cup however I'm on the look out for a new one. The keep cup rubber band doesn't isolate the heat so my fingers keep burning when holding a hot coffee. On top of that, the lid keeps leaking on the sides. Ruined a lot of my jumpers because the coffee is simply leaking! Unfortunately I wouldn't buy it again - was expecting something better for 20 quid.
