Doesn't stay hot very long and in now way leak proof but it is pretty

Great design. I like the material as it is not plastic, but glass.

The item I received did not match the product I ordered, but everything was sorted out efficiently by your customer service team.

She was very professional, patient, and helpful throughout the whole process. Her prompt responses and positive attitude made the issue much easier to resolve, and I truly appreciate the effort and care she showed.

My recent purchase of the Brew Longplay was so that l never have to go without my absolute favourite Keep Cup.
The one l am using every day is around ten years old and just keeps on going, love it and could not live without it.

This is the second Longplay 16oz we've bough, only replaced because the first was accidentally broken.
Keeps drinks warm or cold for quite a while, easy to wash.

I've been a fan of this brand for 20 years. Disappointed with this cup I ordered using the Design Your Own tool. The lid colour on the website did not match the colour lid I received. The lid on the tool was a purple tone, whereas I received a dark blue lid. Keepcup rep told me it's due to batch variations. No solution offered. Ok, compare the Deep Purple lid on the replacement parts page with the Deep Purple lid on the DYO tool and you'll see two different colours under one name. Website needs updating so customers won't be misled. 5 stars for cup functionality, 1 star for customer service. What is the point in the DYO tool if the colours on it are wrong? False advertising.

Great product

Sometimes this leaks while I'm drinking tea, but not coffee. Other than that it looks cute and keeps my drinks warm at home. Also, I like that the outer chamber is plastic so it feels less fragile.

Perfect for hot and cold drinks especially when paired with the lid and straw

Great size cup and no leaks

Cups are ace. However The colors are not very true to what I thought I’d picked.
My kids were disappointed with their colors.

Cover is hard (too firm) to fit. Separating the double skins is ponderous

Hi! I am giving you feedback because you asked. I bought 3 glass cups, 2 of them pink because they were PINK. However, I was sent 2 BROWN cups. Honestly, I wouldn’t have gotten these if I had known they were brown.
The green one is great.

Big enough to enjoy the coffee, the double wall allows walking home with no burnt fingers.

I love my keepcup. It keeps my coffee hot for up to 4 hours. Why is this important to me? Because I am undergoing chemo and can't drink large amounts of liquid at one go. Now I can take as long as I like to drink my favourite coffee.

I overall like very much Keep Cup. However, the Longplay cup’s double wall is not just glass, but glass and plastic. It was not clear on the site when I ordered.

Keeps water cold with ice cubes - and it doesn't sweat!

I adore my cup! Perfect for iced coffees and it doesn’t leave condensation rings everywhere! Also works well for hot coffees and comes with a different lid for those.

Good colour range

The rubber seal in the lid cracked after barely two uses. The cup itself is great—solid and well-designed—but the durability of the seal is disappointing. If the ring had held up better, this would've been an excellent cup. Then again, it's possible I just received a faulty one.

Love my cup, sip-lid very secure and the cup is comfortable to grip and sip.

The cup is great but the lid is too tight and near impossible to get off.
