The cork fails even from handwashing

I ordered the Brew Cork Glass Cup because I specifically wanted the cork band. However, the cup I received came with a silicone band instead, which is not what was advertised. The glass cup itself is usable, but the item does not match the product description or the picture. Quite disappointing, as the cork band was the main reason I chose this model.

Excellent size for small Flat White or other beverages!! Absolutely love it and finally able to own a 6oz Keep Cup after searching (and waiting) for so long!

I ordered cups with pink lids as gifts and received cups and with brown lids

I love my Brew Cork 12 oz cup i take it everywhere everyday to my local Cafes. 12 oz is the perfect standard cafe size. I purchased 3 takeouts a week of Chai. I save 156 cups going to landfill. Imaging if we all had a Keep Cup the world will be less polluted.

One person makes a BIG difference. No excuse to leaving it at home, you wouldn't leave your home without your mobile.

Tea always tastes better in glass. These cups have thicker glass bases and dont break like the others.

Love the large cup , same to the 12oz only I instead use the 16oz for my coconut hemp and cacao post work out drink relaxing in the grass..I can make a warm supplement that holds well until finished exercise..I love making a warm brew and being able to go into town and it means I save money by being Able to prep and carry my own brew. Highly recommend. Glass is nice, cork is comfortable, the lid is comfortable on the lips and seals well while walking to destination 😀.

Love the keep cup. The seal is good enough to stop spillage while walked to my destination, the glass is great, the cork provides comfort. The lid is comfortable. Everything is great about the cup.. my choco chai mornings have received an upgrade 😁

I've owned my KeepCup for 7 years so am in a pretty good position for a real world review.

Firstly, the good - I absolutely love my KeepCup. I love the feel in the hand, and when sipping, and I love the style of the cup. There isn't another cup on the market that looks as stylish.

Now, unfortunately, the bad - over the 7 years I've had 4 lids, and 2 glass cup bodies - several provided by KeepCup as 'free replacements' due to their acknowledgement of a flaw in the products design. This has all been an attempt to solve a persistent leak between the silicone seal and the rim of the glass cup. Each new lid solves the issue for 9-12 months, but then the leak starts again.

It's been very frustrating and ultimately means I now find myself parting ways with my KeepCup to find something that I can trust not to leak.

I love the cup but I’m worried the cork sleeve was a little damaged because the box came to me falling apart and growing mold on it- The USPS had put the (what I presume was a wet box) into a plastic bag and it grew mold.
I will say, I absolutely love the simple compostable packaging, really appreciate that in today’s world. I will keep the cup and continue enjoying using it everywhere I go! Keep up the good work!

I love these glass & cork cups. So nice to drink from, nice to hold, easy to wipe clean, sturdy enough to survive a few bumps & good for the environment.

Great cup! The cork makes it comfortable to hold even when there's hot drink inside, and taste is not affected by the material. One star off for the colour of the lid - I ordered Almond and thought it would be more brown/beige, but in real life it looks more gray, which was a bit of a disappointment. Otherwise recommended!
