Parts - Press Fit

Yes. Lids, bands, bases, plugs, seals and straws are all available individually, so you replace the part rather than the product.

• Made to the same standard: Genuine parts are built to the same specification as the originals, so fit and food safety are unchanged.
• Cross-compatible: Parts are designed to work with existing cups, including older models, so an upgrade does not mean starting again.
• Restyle as well as repair: Swapping a band or lid colour is the cheapest way to make an old cup feel new.

This is the point of a modular cup: a worn seal should cost you a seal, not a cup.

For sure.  We encourage customisation, so feel free to mix and match colours to create a cup that’s uniquely yours.  It's a great way to refresh colour,  replacing only the parts you need – not the entire cup – supporting our commitment to sustainability and long-term use.

Yes — KeepCup’s modular design means lids, straws, bands and seals can be replaced to extend your Cold Cup’s lifespan and lower overall waste.

Our philosophy is to enjoy fewer, quality products, used well. KeepCup products are designed to be pulled apart for easy cleaning and to ensure that you can replace the part, not the product.  The materials we use often are designed so there is modularity across different ranges. The Helix screw fit range is modular, and the press fit Reusable Coffee Cups have compatibility.

KeepCup’s philosophy of replacing the part, not the product, is about valuing quality and longevity. Instead of discarding an entire cup when a single component wears out, we provide replacement parts that allow you to extend the life of your KeepCup. The best reusable cup is the one you use, we're here to help you keep using it. Our products are designed for easy repair, allowing for simple replacement of lost or damaged components. With KeepCup, it's all about making a one-time, high-quality purchase. Choose KeepCup today and experience the convenience, quality, and satisfaction of the best reusable cup on the market!
By choosing to maintain your KeepCup with genuine replacement parts, you’re making a commitment to quality and sustainability. It’s a small but impactful way to reduce waste and continue enjoying a product that’s designed to last.

KeepCup sizing is displayed on the base of all our products. Use our navigation tool to identify the replacement part by KeepCup model and material.  The parts will display compatible products below, so you can check against the parts you have. Please take care when choosing size, some parts have XXS and XL options.

Because a single part goes through almost the same supply chain as a whole cup — manufacturing, quality control, warehousing, picking, packing and shipping — and none of that scales down with the size of the item.

• Inventory complexity: Holding many small parts across a global inventory costs more per unit than holding fewer finished products.
• Small production runs: Parts are made in smaller batches to the same food-safe standard, which costs more per piece than a full production run.
• Built to last, not to churn: We do not mass-produce throwaway components, so there is no cheap version to fall back on.

The best value is bundling parts into one order rather than buying them one at a time — and a replaced part still costs far less than a replaced cup.
