Does KeepCup Cold Cup keep my beverage cold?
The Cold Cup range is designed to enjoy ice beverages as a sensory experience. See the drink, enjoy the clink - easy to use and clean. The clear lid and central straw with spillproof valve, are perfect to spin, see and savour your icy beverage.

Why do you have two size straws?
Our straws come in two sizes, a thinner straw for coffee and a thicker straw suitable for boba and bubble tea. The straws are made from clear tritan for durablity and to be easy to clean.
How do I clean my KeepCup Cold Cup?
For the best results, gently handwash your KeepCup Original cold cup. Acids and oils from dishwashers may cloud the surface of the cup. Use warm, soapy water and a soft cloth to avoid scratching the surface.

Does Tritan stain?
Tritan is a great material as it has the clarity of glass without the potential for breakage. It has three weaknesses - turmeric, oil, lemon juice. When tritan is clouded or discoloured the most likely culprit is oil and heat in the dishwasher colouring the plastic with acids or last night's bolognese.
Do you use recycled materials?
Yes we do, it's part of our commitment to reduce carbon impact across our supply chain. Can I use my KeepCup Cold Cup with carbonated beverages?
Yes, you can use your KeepCup Cold Cup with carbonated beverages. The cups are designed to handle a variety of drinks, including those that are fizzy. Just be cautious when sealing and subsequently opening the cup, as pressure can build up.
Can I put my KeepCup Cold Cup in the freezer?
It is not recommended to put your KeepCup Cold Cup in the freezer. Freezing can damage the cup's material and integrity, especially if the cup contains liquid that expands when frozen, potentially warping or cracking the cup.
